How to mold your BELT mouthguard

1. Preparation : Boil water in a saucepan, then let cool for about 30 seconds.
2. Immersion : Immerse the mouthguard in hot water for 10 to 15 seconds. Make sure it does not deform.
3. Molding : Carefully remove the mouthguard using tongs, shake off excess water, and immediately place it in your mouth. Bite gently and use your fingers to press the mouthguard against your teeth, especially the sides.
4. Setting : Leave it in place for 30 seconds to allow it to take the shape of your teeth.
5. Cooling : Remove the mouthguard and immerse it in cold water to set the shape.

💡 If the casting is not perfect, you can repeat the process until you achieve an optimal fit.

Care instructions

To extend the life of your mouthguard:

• Wash it with warm water and mild soap after each use.
• Dry it completely before storing.
• Store it in a protective case (provided).
• Avoid high temperatures (no dishwasher or prolonged exposure to sunlight).
